The Vasil hard fork

Vasil went live in September 2022 and was named after Vasil St. Dabov, a Bulgarian mathematician and Cardano community ambassador. It brought Plutus V2 with reference inputs, inline datums and reference scripts, which made scripts cheaper to use, and diffusion pipelining, which lets blocks travel the network faster.
