Mary

GlutDamageLight · fast and fragile

Brought native tokens with a single spark. Spreads faster than it burns.

In Cardano

The Mary hard fork

Mary went live in March 2021 and brought native tokens to Cardano: tokens and NFTs live on the ledger like ADA itself, without a smart contract for every transfer. It was named after the writer Mary Shelley.
