Ticker Arena Monsters License

This license follows the shape of the SpaceBudz NFT License, adapted to a
collection whose tokens stay with their author: the rights below go to
everyone who plays or talks about the game, not to the holder of a token.
It names no governing law and no venue; it is meant to be read by its
plain words, the same way everywhere.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Author" means the operator of the Cardano stake pool BRIAN, who
    publishes tickerbrian.com and created the Works.
1.2 "Works" means the 45 monsters of the Ticker Arena: their names, pixel
    artwork (the SVG and PNG files listed in assets/arena/nft/manifest.json
    on tickerbrian.com), lore and game values as published there.
1.3 "Game" means the Ticker Arena at tickerbrian.com, including its later
    versions.
1.4 "Game Content" means anything made about the Game or with the Game:
    play sessions, screenshots, recordings, streams, guides, videos, memes,
    fan art, articles, community material, team colours and skins.
1.5 "Tokens" means the Cardano tokens minted once by the Author for the
    Works, one per Work, under the policy id published on the license page.

2. License grant

2.1 The Author grants everyone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
    and perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify and
    create derivative works of the Works, and to share all of that, in the
    Game and in Game Content.
2.2 Game Content may earn money: a monetised stream or video, a paid
    guide, a supported community channel are within this license. Selling
    the Works themselves - as files, prints, merchandise, tokens or a
    product that is essentially the artwork - is not, without the Author's
    written permission.
2.3 Every use names the source: "Ticker Arena - BRIAN Stake Pool -
    tickerbrian.com", or a link to tickerbrian.com where a name does not
    fit the medium.
2.4 This license is granted to each person directly by this text. It is
    not sublicensed and needs no signature; using the Works under section
    2.1 accepts it.

3. What stays with the Author

3.1 The copyright in the Works and in the Game remains with the Author.
    Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.
3.2 No one may mint, sell or give away tokens of the Works or of works
    derived from them, on Cardano or on any other chain. The Tokens are the
    only tokens of the Works.
3.3 No one may claim authorship of the Works, or present a use as made or
    endorsed by the Author.
3.4 The names "Ticker Arena" and "BRIAN" and the marks of tickerbrian.com
    are not licensed here and may not be used as a brand of one's own.
    Naming them to identify the Game is fine and expected.
3.5 The Works may not be used in a way that is unlawful, that spreads
    hate or that deceives people about the Game, its Author or the Tokens.

4. The Tokens

4.1 One Token exists per Work. The policy closes for good after the mint,
    so no further Token can ever be minted under it.
4.2 The Tokens stay with the Author. They are the Author's public,
    time-stamped record of authorship and are not for sale. A Token grants
    its holder nothing beyond this license, which everyone has; that stays
    so if a Token should ever change hands.
4.3 A token that is not under the published policy id is not a Token,
    whatever it claims. A Token in fractions or copies is no Token either.

5. Versions and end of the license

5.1 The Author may publish a later version of this license. A use that
    began under this version may continue under it; the Tokens name the
    version they were minted with, by its checksum.
5.2 A breach of section 2.3 or 3 ends this license for the person who
    breaks it, unless they end the breach within 30 days of learning of it.

6. No warranty

6.1 The Works are provided as they are. The Author gives no warranty and
    accepts no liability for any use of them.
